AFTER YOUR SESSION: You will receive a report detailing all of the breakthroughs from our session and your action plan.
DURING YOUR SESSION: With your detailed information already collected, we will spend the session diving deep into your goals and struggles. I may have some follow-up questions for you. Then, we will get to business mapping out an action plan to overcome your current struggles and achieve your clearly defined goals.
BEFORE YOUR SESSION: You will receive an in depth intake form to help me learn as much as possible about you, your current situation, your goals, and your struggles as possible. I will review this information thoroughly before our session.
